IT Service Cycle Illustrated

As a technical consultant. I take this service cycle evolved from Deming's PDCA as my main logic to develop and deliver efficient IT services. It's more specific to IT service and pretty straight forward, very simple to implement and easy to understand by the clients.

  1. Plan: Plan what services that we want to deliver and how to achieve the goal.
  2. Develop: Develop services according to our plans.
  3. Check: Check and inspect everything on the services.
  4. Improve: Improve services and make them better and better.
